Total Station Topcon GM-50 Series terdapat 2 tipe, yaitu GM-52 dan juga GM-55. Setiap tipe memiliki perbedaan spesifikasi yang tidak begitu jauh. Perbedaan tersebut terdapat pada ketelitian nya. Untuk GM-52 memiliki ketelitian 2 detik, lalu GM-55 hanya 5 detik.
Kedua alat ini tersedia laser yang berguna untuk mempermudah melakukan pengukuran, daya baterai yang kuat hingga 14 jam, dan juga memiliki bluetooth untuk memudahkan transfer data. Penjelasan perbedaan setiap alat sudah tercantum pada spesifikasi produk.
